Panel Membership
What is the Mortgage Advisory Forum?
The Mortgage Advisory Forum is a group of mortgage brokers, bankers, and professionals who are sharing their insight and opinions about mortgage issues, as well as new trends and products.
How are members chosen for the panel?
We invite individuals to join the panel using opt-in email lists provided by Source Media. Our goal is to build a representative panel that reflects a variety of mortgage professionals. Those interested in participating in the panel complete a brief online registration survey, and opt-in to receive communications about upcoming research opportunities. We respect your privacy and do not send out unsolicited emails.
Will being a member cost me anything?
No, there is no membership fee. In fact we will be offering executive survey results (including analysis) for your participation! You will never be asked to buy anything as a result of your membership. All we ask is that you share your opinions.
How do I update my contact information or change my password?
Please email Michael.Kelly@MortgageAdvisoryForum.com with your request.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
We hope that you will enjoy your time as a panel member, and contact us if a problem occurs. However, we have made the process to unsubscribe as simple as possible. By clicking on Unsubscribe and logging in, you can remove your name from our panel. Additionally, you can reply to any email communication you receive from us, and include the word "Remove" in the subject line.

Participation
How do I participate in surveys?
Once we have a new survey ready, our Panel Services Manager will send you an email invitation containing a link to the survey. Just click on the link, or copy and paste the Web site address into your browser window. Then follow the instructions on the screen to complete the survey.
If I receive a survey invitation, does that mean I am qualified to participate?
We do our best to identify surveys that are interesting and appropriate for you based on the information you have provided to us in previous surveys. The email invitation will typically indicate the general subject matter and instructions for each study, along with the reward being offered for participation. At times, you may be asked to take a brief survey to ensure that you comply with any special requirements needed for a particular research project.
How often will I be asked to complete a survey?
We typically invite a randomly selected group of panelists to participate in each survey, based on the requirements of the survey. On average, we anticipate you will receive one survey invitation per month. As always, it will be your choice whether or not to participate in any particular survey.
How long will it take me to complete a survey?
We anticipate that each survey will take between 10-15 minutes of your time, depending on your responses.
Can I re-start the survey where I left off?
Yes. Should you experience a technical difficulty, or just run out of time, you may resume the survey where you left off. Just click on the Web address in the invitation email you received, click on the "next" (>>) button, and you will be able to return to the place in the survey where you left off.

Technical Questions
What can I do if I experience a technical difficulty or have a question?
We do our best to provide the highest-quality Web-based surveys. If you have any questions or suggestions, please Contact Us.
What type of Web browser should I use?
We have found that Internet Explorer or Netscape (non-AOL version) works best, versions 4.0 or newer. We encourage all AOL members to use either of these to connect to our studies, as those browsers provide faster connections to our surveys.
